“Project Impact” is a transitional employment program that provides job readiness training, work experience, and job search assistance to Clayton County residents and surrounding areas who face multiple barriers to employment.
Participants will attend an intensive, (12) twelve-weeks to (24) twenty-four weeks in class training courses and upon completion, they would have the opportunity to be placed in unsubsidized or subsidized employment for up to six months.
In addition to job readiness training and job search assistance, “Project Impact” provides supportive services such as adult basic education (GED), life and social skills, transitional housing, anger management, parenting and addiction classes.
